30-Day Men's Challenge

Every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) a group of men is meeting virtually to challenge themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually for 30 days. 

The challenge is held on a private chat group on the Telegram platform, and includes the following:

  • 5AM wake up
  • Intermittent fasting (usually OMAD)
  • Daily workout (except Sunday)
  • Daily Bible reading
  • Daily reading and discussion on the monthly book
  • Various bodily purity rules

The challenge is free for all men (you must purchase your own book) but is limited each month in order to best maintain community with all of those who join.
